My mother and I were on vacation. We needed to do laundry, and we saw that this laundromat seemed to be the only one in the area (at least according to Google). The wash cost $2.50, with two $1 coins and two 25-cent coins. I needed change, but I only had two-cent coins. I went back to get more change, returned, and started the washing machine. It didn't start. I took the clothes out, put them back in, and closed the lid—nothing. I called the number, explained the situation, and Donald immediately offered a refund. I started another washing machine, it worked, and closed the lid of the first one—it started too! I called Donald again, so he wouldn't have to come out if it worked, and he said he would still refund me. Great service!

I don't understand the negative reviews, it's very easy to understand. Remember to bring coins; otherwise, the bar next door is charming and will give you change. Simple and efficient operation, one washing machine / one drying machine (allow 1 hour 15 minutes for the entire cycle), and remember to bring laundry detergent (Pharmaprix sells it right next door). Ideal for RVs.
